Multi-stage shafts with increased surface strength

Following the project “Research and development work on strengthening the surface strength of shafts in power transmission systems,” we have introduced multi-stage shafts into production (with a varying cross-section along the length of the part), characterized by improved parameters: surface roughness Ra=0.63, torsional capacity 3800 Nm2, impact toughness 132 J, hardness 24 HRC. These properties were achieved through a hybrid manufacturing method: simultaneous cutting and burnishing of the parts.

Our new product is used in crushing and pressing machines, production-line drives, drive gears fitted to grinding-drying drums, and specialist heavy industrial machinery.

Large-scale CNC machining

Following the project “Expansion of production facilities at DYNPAP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ,” the company has expanded its offer with modern large-scale CNC machining. The completed project multiplied the company’s capabilities while improving safety and reducing environmental impact.

The new service enables machining of components weighing up to 50 tonnes and measuring up to 13500 mm x 4000 mm in complex spatial geometry (including shapes in a seven-axis coordinate system and all types of freeform surfaces). This technology enables high-precision machining: surface roughness Ra from 0.08 to 2.5 μm, Rz from 0.8 to 6.3, and accuracy in the IT7-IT5 class.
